The Schuman Campus is located a quarter of an hour's walk from the SNCF train station (Aix-Centre), the bus station and the city centre.

The scientific part of the congress, the coffee breaks and the poster and book exhibitions will all be held in the EGGER building.

  - The 400-seat Amphi 8 Guyon (in purple on the map) will host the opening and closing ceremonies, the Business Meeting and the plenary sessions.

 - The parallel sessions will be divided between 9 rooms on the ground floor of the E wing (in orange on the plan), with capacities of 36 seats (E004; E006), 52 seats (E012), 56 seats (E010), 70 seats (E003; E005; E007; E011) and 80 seats (E013), and a tenth and last room, with 64 seats, on the first floor (E103).

 - Coffee breaks will be set up in Hall A (in blue), where posters will be on display, and, in a glass room (A012), books from the publishers and booksellers present.

 The Cube building, still located on the Campus and housing the “theatre Antoine Vitez”, will host the shows (play and concert, 16 and 18 July, 7.30-9.30pm), as well as the lunches, which must be booked and paid for online, in advance, when registering.

 For €15 per person (per day), you will be served a buffet-style meal in two air-conditioned rooms at Le Cube, prepared with fresh local produce and including a starter, main course, dessert and drinks. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when you register.

 The Welcome Reception will take place in the gardens of the Pavillon Vendôme, 13 rue de la Molle - 32, rue Célony, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, on the evening of Tuesday 15 July (20.30 - 22.00), rather than on 14 July, the French bank holidays.

 The Congress dinner will take place from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm on Saturday 19 July at L'Orangerie restaurant in the Hôtel Aquabella, 2 rue des Étuves, 13100 Aix-en-Provence.
