The congress dinner will be held on Saturday 19 July 2025 at the hotel restaurant Aquabella**** et Spa, L'Orangerie, 2 Rue des Étuves, 13100 Aix-en-Provence.

Ideally located within the city walls, ten minutes' walk from the Rotonde, and on the very site of the ancient Roman baths, some of the vestiges of which you will be able to admire, the restaurant serves traditional Mediterranean food. It will welcome our group in its air-conditioned reception rooms, fully equipped for our speeches.

After a Provencal aperitif served on the terrace, you'll discover the “Pinch of Magic” menu, comprising starter, main course, dessert and coffee, priced at €70 per person, drinks (wine and water) included.

Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements , so that the chef can take them into account and prepare dishes to suit you.

Registration and payment for the banquet must be made in advance when registering for the conference via our website.
