Until 31 January 2025, preferential rates in the first column of the rates table, see ‘p. 4’, will be applied to the ‘full price’ and ‘PhD-student’ categories; from 1 March, an increase of €15 will be applied to these first two categories only, with registration fees remaining unchanged for the others. Registrations will close on March, 31 2025 Before you start, please read the following detailed information page by page very carefully. The Azur Colloque platform does not allow you to customise your choices according to the nature of the events. Page 1 : If you use a laptop, tablet or smartphone to register, please note that the boxes where you indicate your affiliation may appear out of sync. Page 2: Please fill in the ‘departure and arrival times’ sections as accurately as possible. Page 3: Please leave the default box ‘enter payment details’ ticked. Group 1 departs at 4.00pm Group 2 departs at 05.30pm You can indicate your choice of times in the comments section when you register. 3. Guided tour ‘Aix-en-Provence in the 17th and 18th centuries’. (French language) (1 group 20 people max.) 4- Guided tour of Aix-en-Provence at the time of Roy René 25 participants max. 5- Guided tour of Aix-en-Provence (English language) (number of groups calculated according to the number of participants; max. 30 people per group) Nota Bene: Once booked, your registration cannot be modified, and congress fees are non-refundable.
