July, 15th, 08.30pm - 10.00pm: Welcome Reception in the Pavillon Vendôme's Gardens, 13 rue de la Molle - 32, rue Célony, 13100 Aix-en-Provence (included in the registration fee).

July, 16th – July, 18th., 07.30pm-09.30pm: Performances (a theater Play, 16 July or a concert, 18 July) in Theatre A. Vitez, Cube Building, Campus Schumann, 29 avenue Robert Schuman, 13100 Aix-en-Provence (one of the two included).

July, 17th afternoon: Guided tours of Aix or its places of interest, in French or in English, included.

July, 19th, 08.00pm -11.00pm: Conference dinner: Restaurant l’Orangerie, 2 rue des Étuves, 13100 Aix-en-Provence (non included, supplement: 70 €).

July, 20th: Day trip to Marseille with a choice of two excursion programmes. Transfers by private coaches (not included, supplement: 55 € ["Petit train"]; 85 € ["boat"]).

N. B. Wathever the activity is included in the registration fee or not, for logistical reasons, you must register in advance at the time of booking. In case of choice and when the limit of available places is reached, we will apply the "first come, first served" rule.
